Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched from the U.K. within 2 working days.
We dispatch orders Monday - Friday, 9am-2pm GMT. Any orders placed on a weekend will be processed as soon as possible the next working day(s).
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, but please note once your order is with a carrier we can’t influence the delivery date of your order. We can’t guarantee delivery by a certain date so please order in plenty of time if you need your item for a specific occasion.
All our products are shipped flat in a protective, recycled, board-back envelope or a recycled cardboard box. All the materials we use to package your orders are recyclable.

Shipping prices can be automatically calculated at the checkout. Add your items to your cart, head to the checkout and enter your delivery address to display shipping prices.
U.K. Mainland
Free Royal Mail 2nd Class U.K. delivery on orders over £20.
U.K. shipping prices start at £1.00 for orders under £20.
Shipping prices will be calculated at the checkout.
Shipping Estimate
After you've received your email confirming your order has been dispatched please allow the following time for your order to arrive.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days from dispatch
- Royal Mail 1st Class: 1-3 working days from dispatch
- Royal Mail 2nd Class: 3-4 working days from dispatch

International (Outside the U.K.)
International shipping prices start at £3.20.
Shipping prices will be calculated at the checkout.
USA orders: all US tariffs and duties are paid by us and included in the price. You will not be asked to pay any tariffs or duties when your order is delivered.

EU orders: we are not able to ship to EU countries from this website. You will find our full range in our Etsy shop, where all duties and taxes are paid upfront at the checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. Shop with us on Etsy.
Rest of the world: your parcel may be subject to customs clearance, import duties and local taxes depending on your country and the value of your order. These are payable by you and are outside our control.
The above shipping time estimates only apply outside times of industrial action, high volume periods such as Christmas, unprecedented circumstances and shipping delays undisclosed to us by our shipping partners.
